Bubba was more than thrilled to be a year older. Less than a week later, we decided to turn the TP tables on him for his birthday. Saran wrap and TP were wrapped all over his bed. Under the saran wrap....his presents. No way to get to them without "cleaning up"! This special day marked the new Utler countdown: 20, 19, 18, 17........10.

That lovely bed of his signed with love from the TP-ers.
Along came my lovely day. I finally turned 20. Seems like yesterday I was thinkin' just how cool it would be to no longer be a teenager. Now I am 20 and I suddenly don't feel so big (or cool for that matter) anymore. Weird. I guess I'll just have to grow into it.
Anyway, it seems every year my birthday gets better. I got everything I wanted because I have the best family and friends in the world! I came home from work with a phone full of birthday messages and homemade soul food! Fried chicken..mmmm.
This bag was so huge...with the funniest card ever. I love how much people know me!

I got a new emergency kit since someone stole my last one.
I was so excited...this kit was better than my first one (as my sister Jeri is pointing out!)
My "cakes"...ginormous chocolate chip cookies in the shape of a heart, covered in vanilla ice cream and topped with whipping cream.

I needed a new one of these because someone decided to steal my other one. Now that I have an empty trunk it seemed like a perfectly good excuse to take a picture.
Birthday cake done family style....grab a spoon and dig in!
What a better way to top off dessert than by watching American Idol? (By the way, did anyone else find it AWESOME to hear Bebe and Cece on the Wednesday night show?) And to finish the night off I got to see Spiderman 3 in an empty theater for free...sweet! I actually really liked the movie too. Since we had nothing better to do for 30 minutes before the movie, me and Jess decided to run around the lobby taking pictures with the movie displays and in the arcade. Here's a small snapshot of our photo shoot. I laughed so hard!
Yeah, if you look really hard you can see that I'm trying to shoot her.

It looks like I'm kissing him...I'm not!

Birthday spankings with a candy bar on top
I love my life!

Wow! What a Busy but fun time. LOL The comment about Leif turning into Chandler-Bing was so great. Never thought of that! LOL.
As I'm reading I see "homemade soul food! Fried chicken..mmmm" and then look to see who else but... Jeri... who married a black man and two black men Kendel and Edem. LOL. Is it just me or is that super funny?!
Those pictures were great. :) Glad you had a good b-day.
Happy Birthday Friend! I wish I was there. I like the you kissing homer right in front of his wife. You're a bold woman, then again, she really can't urn her head to see, and if she saw in a mirror, it's not like she can lift up her arms to smack you or anything. So, maybe it wasn't such a risk after all. Whatever, I still think your bold!
And, since your my new little office fanatic buddy, were you happy with the season finale? Cuz I was!!!!
Love you.
Miss you.
Call me again soon.
