phone pictures

I was going through my phone the other day with one of my aunt's and I came across these pictures on my phone. Thought I'd share a bit of randomness with you.

The cool kids in the mustang that I rented for a few days.

This is on the dock of my uncle's place on the beach in Pacifica. Straight ahead is hill area where I used to live as kid. These are basically the same picture, but I liked the different colors of the sky in them. Each of these were taken within seconds of each other...crazy how fast the sky changes!

And there's Kevin at our regional group with the top of a candy cane pinata on his head. Kinda reminded me of Dr. Suess a bit.

This one is kinda gross. So this is my youngest brother in his baseball team's "Home Run Derby" shirt. The basic idea of their home run derby is whoever can hit the most balls pitched and score the most runs against the adults wins the honor of wearing the team shirt. Sounds cool right? But what you don't know about the shirt, dear readers, is that this shirt is never washed as long as the derby continues. Well, my brother had won several times and he wore it home everytime he won. When I asked him why the heck he was still wearing a dirty shirt, he explained to me that they never wash it. So it just gets dirtier with every wear. Gross. Apparently wearing a dirty shirt is some sort of honor in the realm of baseball. At least as far as my brother's team in concerned.

(*Since taking these pictures, the shirt has disappeared. Not sure if it ever got washed...)

Ok, this one has a funny story. I took this on a rainy day. The parking lot was basically empty except for a few cars parked in from of stores. I parked in a random spot in the middle of the parking lot. Without knowing it, I had parked next to the only puddle in the lot, and it was huge! Believe it or not, I actually managed to get out of the car without soaking myself. I didn't even notice the puddle until I came out of the store! I looked at my pants and the bottom seams were wet, but that was it. It was like walking on water! hehe
