This seems to be the recurring song among many people in Generation Church. I'd have to say it's the best worship song EVER! Partly because it's written by my favorite person in the world (Donna Lasit), but mostly because it describes the essence of worship. This song has only captured a small piece of what worship truly is, as a resounding cry for more of who God is and what He can do. This song has changed my worship and in this season, I believe we should all be seeking, asking, and longing for more of His presence, His Spirit, His power, and His song.
If you're asking for My presence,
If you're seeking Me today,
If you're hungry for My spirit,
It shall be done.
If you're asking for My power,
If you're thirsty for My song,
If you long to see My glory,
It shall be done.
I'm reaching up,
I'm pressing in,
A little harder than before.
I lift my hands to you, and pray.
Let Your presence come,
Let Your presence come,
Today........

I heard this song for the first time in Oregon and I fell in love with it. I haven't heard it anywhere since. Donna Lassit sang it and it was amazing!
Hey! Do you go to GC Oregon? I'm from GC Seattle! Pastors Doug and Donna Lasit just came down for our GC Gathering on Saturday! They were great; it was exciting.
Ah, I love this song. :) Is it on a CD yet?
