Do I Know You?

Although I'm not one to forget a face (a name occassionally), I seem to be forgetting these particular ones.
Our family received this picture in a card just a few days ago, and we can't figure who the heck it is! We've never "forgotten" to send a Christmas card, even though our list expands every year. We seemed to have not only forgotten to send a card; we've forgotten these faces and names. After much research and asking around, we still have no idea who this is. I guess it would help to see the parents names and faces. Personally, I've never seen these kids before!
