The Kitchen Sink

The Kitchen sink is....every dessert-lover's dream COME TRUE! I have yet to find another dessert that combines the "best of the best" for everyone. You will not walk away disappointed when you get a taste of the Kitchen Sink. Sounds gross, I know, but the picture you saw at the beginning of this post is THE Kitchen Sink. What are the ingredients that so satisfy everyone's taste buds you ask? The Kitchen Sink is basically a compilation of 8 ice cream flavors, 8 ice cream toppings, cherries, sliced almonds, and bananas buried in whipped cream. Our dream concoction the other night included:

rocky road ice cream
cookies n cream ice cream

chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream

mocha almond fudge ice cream

mint chip ice cream

pecan praline ice cream

vanilla ice cream

chocolate peanute butter ice cream

hot fudge

caramel syrup

MnM's

sprinkles

chocolate toffee drops

gummi bears

oreos

Reese's peanut butter cups
all topped off with bananas, sliced almonds, cherries, and whipped cream!

And so the story goes, that even though the Kitchen Sink is indeed a dream-come-true, we sadly could not finish it this time. Of course, this sad (and shameful) moment in history had to be documented.

So to cheer up the Kitchen Sink blues we went outside and took some pictures. It helped a little. Ok, it helped a lot! We were smiling again by the end of it!
