facebook and texting

Two of my favorite things right now! Now that facebook is open to the general public, I find it much easier to manage than myspace. And I like it better. And pretty much all of you San Diegans have one which makes it easier for me to communicate with you! And it seems to be more user-friendly and family-friendly. And by that I mean it's WAY cleaner than myspace. But I still have a myspace, for all of those who have still not converted to facebook. (Trust me, it's addicting!)

And texting...I love it! Before I had it, I had several friends ask me how I can live without it. And now I know why! It too is very addicting! I am able to talk to so many people at once without having to get on the computer all the time. It's great! (Except when people don't recognize my number and I have to tell them who I am because my phone won't sign my name automatically with every text.) This whole texting thing is great pretty much anywhere and saves a HUGE amount of minutes. I'd say it's a win-win if you don't mind being addicted, or at least attached to your phone!

What can I say? Technology in a weird way actually helps people stay closer (or at least in touch!) Text me sometime or try throwing a pumpkin at me on facebook. (I tried it already...much more fun than poking!)
