common sense

A term used quite frequently at my house as I have grown up. But I have found that "common sense" may not be "common" or "sense" to some people. So here's a tip that should be "common sense", but has sometimes slipped people's minds, most recently mine. NEVER, under any circumstances, fall asleep in the sun without sunscreen or shade. The results are painful. Believe me, I should know.
